Biography
Sugar Shack Cafe is a small, environmentally friendly 28 seat restaurant that offers a wide variety of international cuisine. Executive Chef and Owner, Deivid Miranda, opened the restaurant in January, 2020 and continues to grow and expand despite challenges related to Covid 19. A true entrepreneur, Chef Deivid has used his skills, knowledge and leadership to create a “hidden gem” with friendly, capable staff that share his excitement for what the restaurant has to offer Brownfield and surrounding areas in rural Maine.
Sugar Shack Cafe is known for offering breakfast, lunch and dinner all day, every day, Tuesday through Sunday. Hours of operation are 8 AM to 8 PM Tuesday through Saturday; Sunday, 8 AM to 7 PM and Monday’s the restaurant is closed.
Sugar Shack Cafe guests eagerly watch the special board for the latest offerings or stop in for their favorite adult beverage while enjoying a moment by the fire or a break from the snowmobile trails.
