In order to correct an error in governance the Board of Directors is calling a special membership meeting to take nominations for the Board of Directors.  The current Board of Wanda Richard, Pres. David Chaffee, Vice President, Bonnie Gould, Treasurer and Donna Pearce, Secretary have indicated their willingness to continue serving until January 2017.  However, there may be others who would like to serve, therefore, we are calling this special meeting according to our by-laws to correct our error in not doing this at our last membership meeting held in September.

Kristen Charette, Branch Manager of Norway Savings Bank has been nominated for the Member at Large vacancy and will also be on the ballot.
